A auction I supposedly won but really didnt
I won an auction on a ring for $41. I was notified I won and had to pay for the item.
But the actual total I was being charged was $55.95. a far cry from $41. Anyways, I paid the amount and kept waiting for the confirmation email to let me know a delivery day. However, I never got one.
So I looked back on the auction page and it now said someone else had won! If I didn't win, why the *** did they charge me for it? And now I can not even get ahold of anyone to respond to me! I am very very pissed off.
How can they call themselves "a Police auction"? Isn't that like illegal to go under false pretenses???

Claims-refund. Not pissed
I need to speak to a representative, please. I had two items stolen from my mailbox.
You refunded money on three items, but those items were the wrong ones! I would like to pay for those items and receive them in the mail. I have made arrangements for my post office to hold all packages and notify me so I can pick them up at the post office.

Fake merchandise
Purchased a sapphire that was described as being Grade A and real. I brought it to a jewelry store to get it appraised and its not even a sapphire. Its worth nothing.

I have received two items in a timely manner and am very satisfied. I think maybe when I'm bidding it's auto-generated to another bidder to up the price. That's the only drawback.

Some products are cheap looking. Shipping is way too high.
$14? 15? Crazy. I keep seeing the same items for sale.
I suspect people who are affiliated with the website are driving bids up.
If you are outbid, you often get a second chance to buy, but the price is over inflated. Too much gold-plated and not enough actual gold.

Bought two pair of earrings from this site. When they arrived, they were very small! Not at all what I was expecting, as referenced, in the photos. The description does not include size.
Adding size to the description would be most helpful. I am sure that this is done purposely to deceive. I will not be buying from this site again.

This site deserves 0 start for poor quality in merchandise and give them 4 stars for deception first and foremost just because they put the name police behind there business name doesn't necessary mean that they're affiliated with the police its all a scam to take people money I should of known better when most of the merchandise look similar to others it's the same product from some cheap merchant that they're probably paying pennies on the dollar too make this crap.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They canceled the bids that I didn't want.
Someone had control of my bids and set a $200 max. Contacted by phone and created a ticket. They corrected everything, Very pleased.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They refunded me after I made comments on your site.
I sent 3 back exactly as they described then I found out they charged me for 4 items! I only bought 3!
They haven't refunded me and they will NOT CONTACT ME BACK! BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!!
